Imagine you have a car that is running on only one cylinder? Because their businesses are smaller, or less capitalized, it’s silly to hire fulltime corporate executives. In fact, corporate executives are often fish out of water in start-up ventures. Principles & Methodology
Once you have engaged us on a monthly basis we work like a fractional executive in your business. Here are several guiding principles:
- Focus – we look at higher level strategic issues first including identifying target segments, position and key metrics.
- Accounting– Track time on Google sheets including billed and non-billed time. Travel time is typically not billed. Touch calls under 15 minutes are not billed.
- Communication– Regular touch base calls and course corrections if needed
